MINORITY MATTERS MOVEMENT
Our mission is to provide an opportunity for athletes, coaches and administrators to enhance diversity and inclusion in field hockey. Allocated scholarships will be filled on a first come first serve basis for applicants that meet the vision and mission of the Minority Matters Movement.

Staffing Commitments
In conjunction with providing playing opportunities, the MMM will also ensure coaches of color be present on the coaching staffs for College Connection Showcases. A round table forum will be facilitated to encourage networking and support systems for the minority coaches and players present at the Showcases.
